You can pick the goods yourself and pay cash in the showroom. You save the freightcost. We do not have PIN devices, so cash is real cash!
For orders via our website, you have the choice to pre-delivery payments. The amount (including any delivery charges and VAT) can be found under the heading "Overview", which you can find on the confirmation provided to you by mail. Pay with Credit Card
If you pay by credit card, the total amount of your order will be debited directly from your card.
Paid to the carrier:
If you do not want to or can not pay in advance, you can choose COD. You pay the amount to the transporter. This paymentmethod is € 15.00 extra charge.
What is staggered discount?
A number of products has a staggered discount. The more you order, the higher the discount.
What are the transportation costs?
Sending freight always cost money. You can let us deliver a product, or you can retrieve it yourself. Depending on the product, the freight costs are calculated by weight or numbers.
Can I pick up my own products?
When you collect the goods yourselve, you can pay cash in the showroom. We have not PIN devices, so cash is real cash! You can enter a date and time on the online order form when you will collect the goods. We will contact you if we cannot make the suggested date or time
Do I get proof of my order?
Before you send an order to us, you will have the opportunity to print the order. Our bank account (18.104.22.1684 tnv Wesjon Heemskerk BV) is also on the printed order.
You will receive an order confirmation on your specified email address. Also you can print it out before the order is sent to us.

When can I expect my products?
Our products delivered to our carrier on the day we receive your payment. Delivery is often the next day. Unfortunately we can not deliver on a specific time, that is subject to too many aspects.
For orders via this website, we aim to deliver within 24 hours after your payment is credited to our account. This can only be realised if you place your order before 12am.
